To find Hydrogen Peroxide in DMZ, you will need to look around medical buildings and inside medicine cabinets, as this is where they have the highest spawn rate.
Medical buildings like hospitals or medical field tents are full of them, so heading to the Al Mazrah hospital is perfect if you want a high chance to find all three in one run, however, this can be a hotspot for players, so it’s worth being careful as death will require you to start over.
Medical cabinets can be found in the bathrooms of residential buildings, but it’s a rarer spawn. Scouring every medicine cabinet in a block of apartments can be a good way to secure a few, but you’re not as likely to find three in one run as with a hospital.
