Where to find Avengers and Dr. Doom Chests
The Avengers and Dr. Doom Chests are located all over the map, with most of them concentrated in points of interest.

The map above shows the locations for all of them. I’ve used the big circles on the POIs to indicate multiple chests spread out across the area, while small circles represent a single chest in an isolated area.
These singular chests may be the best bet if you’re looking to open one, as they’ll be less contested and out of the way of the usual drop zones for most players.
