Christopher Duntsch is a former American neurosurgeon who has been nicknamed Dr. D. and Dr. Death for gross malpractice resulting in the maiming of many patients’ spines and two deaths while working at hospitals in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Right now, Christopher Duntsch is incarcerated at the O. B. Ellis Unit outside of Huntsville, Texas, serving a life sentence. He won’t be able to apply for parole until he is 74 years old in 2045.
