The Starfield review embargo will officially lift on August 31, 2023, at 5pm BST. This is, of course, just one day before the early access release date – meaning that you won’t have long to decide whether you want to pick it up or not – if you haven’t already, of course.

It appears as if review codes for Starfield were sent out on August 17, 2023, meaning that people will have roughly two weeks to play the game before settling on their final score. While this perhaps might not encompass how long it takes to beat Starfield, it should hopefully be enough time to get a proper sense of the game and all of its systems.
While the game certainly does look as if it is going to live up to the hype, we will all have to wait until August 31 to see exactly how Starfield shapes up.
