Retired professional American wrestler, Lawrence Wendell Pfohl, well known as Lex Luger was born on June 2nd, 1958.
He started collaborating with WWE on their health strategy in 2011. He is best known for his involvement with World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Jim Crockett Promotions, and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE).
Two times as the WCW’s world heavyweight champion and once as the WWA’s, Luger has won the title. He also holds the marks for most days as champion and consecutive days as champion. He is a five-time United States Heavyweight Champion for the NWA/WCW.
He is the second Triple Crown winner in WCW history. Despite never taking home a WWF championship, he competed for every title held by the company, including WWF World Heavyweight Championship matchups at SummerSlam in 1993 and WrestleMania X in 1994. He also shared the 1994 Royal Rumble victory with Bret Hart.
