What are Ghost Trails on Snapchat Plus?
Ghost Trails on Snapchat Plus lets you see your friends’ movements from place to place over the past 24 hours.
They are marked as yellow lines to show the walking or driving directions your friend has taken.
However, you can only see Ghost Trails on Snapshot Maps if they show you their location.
Additionally, they need to have the latest version of the app, and Snapchat+ needs to be available in their country.
Please note that location sharing on Snap Map is opt-in for all users.
To view your friend’s Ghost Trail, you need to open a Snap Map and tap on their Bitmoji.
How to enable Ghost Trails on Snapchat Plus
Here’s how to enable Ghost Trails on Snapchat Plus:
- Open Snapchat and go to your profile.
- Click on the membership card “Snapchat+”.
- Tap on “Ghost Trails” to turn it on.
You can remove your own Ghost Traces by turning Ghost Mode on and off in Snap Map Settings.
Ghost Trails will only work for 24 hours before the reset.
