Teofimo Lopez Professional Boxing Record: Born on July 30, 1997, Teofimo Lopez, officially known as Teofimo Andrés López Rivera is an American professional boxer.
He developed a passion for boxing at a younger age and as an amateur, he represented Honduras at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Lopez has been consistent throughout his career rising through the ranks to become one of the most sought-after American boxers.
At the time of this writing (Sunday, June 11, 2023), he’s the current World Boxing Organization (WBO) and The Ring magazine light-welterweight world champion.
Lopez is also a former unified lightweight world champion, having held the International Boxing Federation (IBF) title from 2019 to 2021.
He has also held the World Boxing Association (WBA) (Super version), World Boxing Organization, and The Ring magazine titles from 2020 until 2021.

Lopez fought Taylor and won by unanimous decision becoming the WBO super lightweight champion, after taking away the undefeated record of the Scottish boxer (Taylor).
