Tage Nathaniel Thompson is an American professional ice hockey center for the Buffalo Sabers of the National Hockey League. Thompson was drafted 26th overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.

He was recalled to NHL on December 18, 2017, and scored his first goal in the NHL three days later in a 3–2 loss to the Oilers in Edmonton.

On July 1, 2018, he was sent along with Vladimir Sobotka, and Patrick Berglund, to a 2019 first-round pick, and a 2021 second-round pick to the Buffalo Sabers in exchange for Ryan O’Reilly. On October 5, 2020, Tage Thompson signed a three-year, $4.2 million contract extension with the Sabers as a restricted free agent.
