Rafael Alexandre da Conceicão Leão is a professional Portuguese forward who plays for AC Milan as a forward and a winger.
He started his professional football career at age 17 when he joined Sporting CP B in the Liga.He spent 2 years there and made a total appearance of 12 matches and scored 7 goals.
He later got promoted to the senior side, Sporting CP, in 2017. He only played 5 matches and scored 2 goals and later joined the French League 1.

After making his name at Lille in 2018-2019 in League 1, he made the greatest move of his career so far by joining AC Milan of Serie A in 2019-2020.
