Yes, Shiny Virizion can be found in Pokemon GO. When you encounter the legendary in 5-Star Raids whilst it’s available, you’ll have a 1-in-20 chance of coming across a Shiny Virizion, as is usually the case for Mythical and Legendary Pokemon Raids in the game.

Although the odds are much better than the standard 1-in-500 chance of a regular Shiny encounter, I’d still say you might have to find a fair few of the Raids before you come across a Shiny Virizion. Nevertheless, your patience will be worth it.
