As a dual Grass/Fighting-type, Hisuian Decidueye doesn’t have just one weakness in Pokemon GO, but six: Fairy, Fighting, Fire, Flying, Poison, and Psychic-type moves.
Using attacks of any of those types will give you more than an edge in Raid Battles.

Can Hisuian Decidueye be Shiny in Pokemon GO?
Yes, Hisuian Decidueye can be Shiny in Pokemon GO, with there being a 1-in-10 chance of encountering a Shiny variant as you defeat the boss and proceed to the catch screen.
Whilst these are far better odds than the 1-in-500 odds for standard encounters, you may need a few attempts at Hisuian Decidueye Raids before finding a Shiny version. Nevertheless, the payoff will be more than worth the wait.
