On November 7, 2022, Nguyen was detained by police after they allegedly discovered her at The Goodtime Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, wandering the pool area in her underwear and dousing officers and security guards with water.
Officers were called in response to a report of someone behaving “highly disorderly” and causing a disturbance at the hotel, per the police report.
She was arrested at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County on a $5,000 bond and charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, misdemeanor battery, and felony battery on a police officer. Despite being a man, Nikita Nguyen was sent to a male prison.
