Kellie Pickler Husband: Meet Kyle Jacobs: Kellie Pickler, officially known as Kellie Dawn Pickler is an American country music singer, songwriter, and television personality.

She developed a love for music at a younger age and has been consistent throughout her career rising through the ranks to become one of the most sought-after acts within the entertainment space.

Kellie Pickler gained fame as a contestant on the fifth season of American Idol and finished in sixth place. She auditioned for American Idol in 2005 when she was 19 and in 2006, she was signed to 19 Recordings and BNA Records.

That same year (2006), her debut album captioned, Small Town Girl, was released and sold over 900,000 copies and went ahead to be certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

In 2012, she was ranked as the 14th best American Idol alumna and in October of the same year (2012), she parted ways with her former record label and signed with Black River Entertainment.

In 2016, Kellie was inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame, and from 2017 to 2019, she co-hosted the nationally syndicated daytime TV talk show Pickler & Ben with comedian Ben Aaron.

In February 2023, Kellie Pickler made major headlines following the demise of her husband, Kyle Jacobs who died on Friday, February 17, 2023, at the age of 49.

Kellie Pickler’s husband was found dead in their matrimonial home, the Nashville Police Department said in a statement. Jacobs died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The day before his death, Jacobs shared a celebratory Instagram post on the success of Lee Brice’s fifth studio album Hey World album.

At the time of this writing (Saturday, February 18, 2023) Kellie Pickler was a widow. She was married to Kyle Jacobs, officially known as Kyle Christopher Jacobs who died on Friday, February 17, 2023.

Kyle Jacobs was an American country music songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and pianist who wrote music on piano and guitar and was a staff writer for Curb Music since 2003.

Kyle was also the co-writer of Garth Brooks’ single, “More Than a Memory,” which became the first song to debut at Number One on Billboard’s Country Singles chart in its entire history.

His songs have been recorded by artists such as Trace Adkins, Jo Dee Messina, Craig Morgan, Tim McGraw, Kellie Pickler (his wife), Clay Walker, Kelly Clarkson, Scotty McCreery, and many others.

Kyle Jacobs also collaborated with top writers and artists including Darius Rucker, Rachel Thibodeau, and Wynonna. He starred alongside Kellie Pickler in the CMT reality series I Love Kellie Pickler.

He was also part of the founding of United Teens Encounter Christ (UTEC ) in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota where he played in the music team.
