Wayback Machine is a service that allows you to see what web pages looked like in the past.

Step #3: Choose the date and time before the comment is deleted
After you click “Browse history” you will access the calendar.
The calendar will contain colored dots of various sizes.
Now, you need to select the date and time before the Reddit comment is deleted.
To do this, you need to use trial and error.
For example, if the comment was deleted in August, you need to select a date in July.
Unfortunately, if you don’t see any dots, it means the URL hasn’t been crawled.
In other words, you won’t be able to see the deleted Reddit comment.
If the calendar contains a lot of dots, it means it has been crawled a lot.
A popular post/comment on Reddit will be crawled more than a post/comment with little or no engagement.
So, if you’re trying to find a deleted comment with multiple replies, you can find a screenshot of that comment in the calendar.
Step #4: Scroll down and find the deleted Reddit comment
Once you’ve selected the date and time before the Reddit comment was deleted, you’ll go to the thread.
Now, you need to scroll down the thread until you find the deleted Reddit comment.
If the comment gets a lot of upvotes, it will be somewhere on top.
However, if the comment doesn’t have many upvotes, you’ll have to scroll down for a while to find it.
If you pasted the comment’s URL instead of the string, you’ll see that the comment has been removed immediately.
