3. Select “Chat Popout”
Non-Mod Settings > My Preferences > Pop Out Chat.
After you click on “Switch to Non-Mod Settings”, the Non-Mod settings menu will be opened.
On the Non-Mod settings menu, there are a few settings you can change—your identity and preferences.
Under “My Preferences” you will see an option that says “Chat pops out,” which is the last option of this section.
Click “Chat Pop Out” to enable Twitch chat.
After you click “Pop Out Chat”, the Twitch chat will be opened in a separate window.
You can move the window just like a normal window by clicking and dragging it.
If you’re streaming, you can drag the window to the side so you can watch it live on your screen.
However, you cannot click out of the window.

Therefore, if you want to prevent windows from minimizing, you can put your windows side by side.
