Well, the ultimate throwable is the Mythic Goldfish. Look for this item in Supply Drops and Rare Chests, or loot it off a fallen foe.
What is the Mythic Goldfish?
The Mythic Goldfish is the rarest item in Fortnite history. Resembling a Flopper on a pedestal, this Mythic deals 200 damage upon contact with an opponent, and it inflicts even more damage to structures. The Mythic Goldfish is indestructible, too, so you can pick it up and use it again after you toss it.

When the Mythic Goldfish was originally released in Chapter 2: Season 1, the only way to get it was via fishing. Most players never found or encountered a Mythic Goldfish, though, because the drop rate was a minuscule one in one million, or 0.0001%. You could have spent the entirety of Chapter 2 fishing and never got a Mythic Goldfish!
