Celebrating the launch of the upcoming Indigo Disk DLC, the Shiny Lucario has been given out alongside a Darkrai code – making trainers want to confirm what they are so they can claim the legendaries.

Shiny Lucario code in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
You’ll be able to claim your free Shiny Lucario by redeeming the Mystery Gift code “SH1NYBUDDY” in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.
Keep in mind that you’ll have until Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 3:59 p.m. PST to redeem the code, as confirmed on the official event news post confirming the event.
How to redeem the Shiny Lucario Mystery Gift code
If you’ve never redeemed Mystery Gift codes in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you’ll quickly be able to get your Shiny Lucario by following these easy steps:
- Whilst in-game, press the X button
- In the main menu, press the L button to connect to the internet
- Choose the “Poke Portal” option
- Select the “Mystery Gift” option
- Choose the “Get with Code/Password”
- Enter “SH1NYBUDDY”
- Once validated, the Shiny Lucario gift should appear
- Select the Mystery Gift, and it will be successfully redeemed

In addition to the decent stats listed below, the level 75 Shiny Lucario you’ll get from this Mystery Gift has a nice varied moveset: Aura Sphere, Bullet Punch, Flash Cannon, and Ice Punch.
