Legendary Schematics allow you to craft the best weapons and armour in all of Palworld, but as you’d expect, they’re not easy to come by as they’re tied to defeating Alpha Pals.

What are Legendary Schematics?

To craft the best weapons and armour in Palworld, you’ll need Legendary Schematics. Each one is associated with a different Alpha Pal, some easier to defeat than others.
The drop rate for Legendary Schematics is very low, so expect to have to fight each of these Alpha Pals numerous times before you stumble across their Legendary Schematics.
After you beat an Alpha Pal, it’ll reappear in about an hour of in-game time, and then you can battle it again for another chance at its Legendary Schematic.
How to get all the Legendary Weapon Schematics
Legendary Old Bow Schematic

One of the first Legendary Weapon Schematics you can get is the blueprint for the Legendary Old Bow. Northwest of the Small Settlement, where most Pal Tamers encounter NPCs like the Wandering Merchant and Pal Merchant for the first time, you’ll find the Level 23 Kingpaca.
Slay Kingpaca or capture the Neutral-type Pal in a Pal Sphere, and if you’re lucky, you’ll receive the Legendary Old Bow Schematic.
Legendary Crossbow Schematic

Another relatively easy Legendary Schematic to get is the Old Bow Schematic 4. If you venture southwest of the Ravine Entrance, you’ll stumble upon the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster. In this particular Sealed Realm, you’ll find Bushi, a Level 23 Fire-type Pal.
Defeat or capture Bushi for a chance at the Legendary Crossbow Schematic!
Legendary Handgun Schematic

If guns are more your style, you can get the Legendary Handgun Schematic from the Alpha Pal Beakon. This is a Level 29 Electric Pal, and you can find the beast southwest of the Great Eagle Statue for the Deep Bamboo Thicket.
If you catch Beakon, you can use it as a flying mount, and you might even get the Legendary Schematic for the Handgun!
Legendary Pump-action Shotgun Schematic

Out in the centre of the desert southeast of Duneshelter is the Fire-type Alpha Pal Suzaku. This Pal is a much tougher test than the Pals that drop the Legendary Old Bow, Crossbow, and Handgun Schematics, as it’s Level 45 with high-powered skills and impressive stats.
If you hope to bring Suzaku down, you’ll definitely want high-level Water-type Pals in your Party and ranged weapons so that you can properly attack the flying monstrosity.
Legendary Assault Rifle Schematic

Don’t expect to collect the Legendary Assault Rifle Schematic until later in your Palworld playthrough because it drops from the Level 49 Blazamut in the Scorching Mineshaft.
You’ll certainly need a top-tier Water-type Pal or two to confront Blazamut and some armour with Heat Resistance, too. When you’re ready, fast-travel to the Foot of the Volcano and go southwest to find the Scorching Mineshaft.
Legendary Missile Launcher Schematic

Probably the best weapon in all of Palworld, acquiring the Legendary Missile Launcher Schematic requires that you defeat the Level 50 Jetragon Alpha Pal. If you hope to have any shot at besting this Pal, you’ll want to bring a couple of Ice-type Pals, powerful ranged weaponry, and Heat Resistant Armour.
You’ll find Jetragon west of the Ruined Fortress City. Try to catch Jetragon if you can because not only does it drop the Legendary Missile Launcher Schematic, but it’s one of the fastest flying mounts in Palworld.
How to get all the Legendary Armour Schematics
Legendary Cloth Outfit Schematic

The easiest Legendary Schematic to get in Palworld is the Legendary Cloth Outfit Schematic. All you must do to obtain this schematic is trounce the Level 11 Chillet south of the Fort Ruins.
Legendary Feathered Hair Band Schematic

Only a short distance northwest of the Alpha Chillet is the Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings. Inside, you’ll discover a Level 15 Penking that occasionally drops the Legendary Schematic for the Feathered Hair Band.
Legendary Pelt Armor Schematic

The Legendary Pelt Armour Schematic drops from Azurobe, so you’ll need to go for a swim to get this Legendary Schematic. Look for the Level 17 Azurobe out in the ocean west of the Bridge of The Twin Knights.
Legendary Metal Helm Schematic

When you start to approach Level 30, think about going after the Legendary Metal Helm Schematic. You can get this special schematic from Warsect, a Level 30 Grass/Ground-type Pal inside the Sealed Realm of the Stalwart Field, just southeast of Gobfin’s Turf.

You can pair the Legendary Metal Helm with the Legendary Metal Armour by looting the schematic off the Level 31 Grass Pal, Elizabee. You’ll find Elizabee lurking inside the Devout Mineshaft north of the Lake Center.
Legendary Refined Metal Helm Schematic

To upgrade to the Legendary Refined Metal Helm, you must find and defeat Menasting. Menasting is a Level 44 Dark/Ground-type Pal. Bring a Dinossom, and you should be able to easily eradicate this Alpha Pal from the Dessicated Mineshaft it hides inside.
Legendary Heat Resistant Refined Metal Armour Schematic

A Level 48 Alpha Pal called Astegon holds the Legendary Schematic for the Heat Resistant Refined Metal Armour. Scale Mount Obsidian and enter the Destroyed Mineshaft to take on this intimidating Dark/Dragon-type Pal.
Legendary Cold Resistant Refined Metal Armour Schematic

The Legendary Cold Resistant variant of the Refined Metal Armour is tied to a schematic you can only get from Lyleen Noct, a Level 49 Dark-type Pal that resides within the Iceberg Mineshaft.
Dress in your best Cold Resistant Clothing and venture northwest of the Unthawable Lake to find Lyleen Noct.
Legendary Pal Metal Helmet Schematic

The Legendary Schematic for the Pal Metal Helmet is another extremely challenging schematic to get, considering that it entails defeating the Level 50 Frostallion Alpha Pal.
Equip some Cold Resistant Armour, journey far north, and you’ll find Frostallion west of the Land of Absolute Zero.
Legendary Cold Resistant & Legendary Heat Resistant Pal Metal Armor Schematics

The Legendary Cold Resistant and Legendary Heat Resistant Pal Metal Armor Schematics drop off of Paladius and Necromus, respectively. These Level 50 knight-like Pals both live in the northeast corner of the map, northwest of the Deep Sea Dunes.
Paladius is a Neutral Pal, and Necromus is a Dark-type Pal, but they fight together, so don’t expect to collect either of these Legendary Schematics until you possess the firepower to defeat the duo!
