The annual Destiny 2 Halloween event, Festival of the Lost, has finally kicked off. One of the primary objectives of this event is to farm Spectral Pages, a seasonal currency in Destiny 2.
The main purpose of these pages is to unlock entries in the Book of the Forgotten, a haunted tome located next to Eva Levante in the Tower. With that said, this guide breaks down all the possible ways to farm Spectral Pages and use them in the Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost event.
How to obtain Spectral Pages in Destiny 2

Click to enlargeThe easiest way to earn Spectral Pages in Destiny 2 is by completing playlist activities such as Strikes, Crucible, or Gambit while wearing the Festival Mask. Each playlist activity rewards you with three Spectral Pages upon completion.
When it comes to the festival masks, you can get them from Eva Levante in the Tower Courtyard during the Festival of the Lost event. The NPC sells various masks and other rewards for players to purchase using the event’s currency, including Glimmer, Legendary Shards, and Bright Dust.
You can also participate in Public Events in Patrol areas and complete Seasonal activities, including Ketchcrash and Expeditions, to earn this seasonal currency.
How to convert Spectral Pages into Manifested Pages in Destiny 2

Spectral Pages are a special currency that can be used to unlock new lore items in the Book of the Forgotten. To do this, players need to convert Spectral Pages into Manifested Pages by completing the Haunted Lost Sectors activity in the Tower and defeating the Headless ones.
The Book of the Forgotten in Destiny 2 is a collection of 54 lore entries that reveal the secrets of the Lost Sectors. However, you can only convert up to 10 pages per session, so you will need at least 13 sessions to complete the book. That means you need a total of 126 Manifested Pages to uncover all the mysteries of the Book of the Forgotten.
