In this guide, you will learn how to delete your account Honkai Star Rail, a new HoYoverse space fantasy RPG.
How to delete a Honkai Star Rail account
To delete your Honkai Star Rail account, launch Honkai Star Rail, open the phone in the game and select the Settings icon.
Next, select the Account Settings icon, select “User Center” and select “Request account deletion” next to “Delete account”.
Finally, select “Next”, complete the security verification and confirm the deletion of your account.
Note: This will delete both your Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact accounts.
Here’s how to do this (expanding screenshot above):
- Launch Honkai Star Rail and open the in-game phone.
- Select the Settings icon and select the Account Settings icon.
- Select “User Center” and select “Request account deletion”.
- Next > Complete Security Verification > Confirm Deletion.
After you confirm the account deletion, your miHoYo account will be temporarily frozen for 30 days.
You can reactivate your account by logging into your account 30 days in advance.
After the period ends, both your Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact accounts will be permanently deleted.
