To use Depulso on a levitating enemy in the Hogwarts Legacy, you need to complete Professor Sharp’s first quest to learn Depulso.
To get Professor Sharp’s first quest, you need to complete the main quest Jackdaw’s Rest.
Next, equip both Levioso (purple hand icon) and Depulso (yellow feather icon) and navigate to the enemy.
Finally, use Levioso, then Depulso on the enemy to complete the goal.
