In December 2022, Gucci Mane was on top of the trends when he announced the death of his signee, Big Scarr who died on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the age of 22. Unconfirmed sources say that the rapper died from a drug overdose while other source says that he was shot.

According to The Blast, the 42-year-old rapper shares his first son, Keitheon with his ex-girlfriend, Sheena Evans. In his autobiography, he stated that he has a son born in 2007 whom he had not known about until the child was 10 months old.
