Bryson James Aldrich DeChambeau born on September 16, 1993, is an American professional golfer who currently plays in the LIV Golf League. He has won eight PGA Tour titles, including a major championship and a U.S. Open title in 2020.
As an amateur, Bryson DeChambeau became the fifth player in history to win both the NCAA Division I Championship and the US Open in the same year. Winning an Amateur Championship in the United States made him the third player to win an open event, behind Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods, and the sixth to win two U.S. Opens.
Known for his analytical and scientific approach to sport, Bryson DeChambeau has earned the nickname “The Scientist”.
