As of this writing, the cause of death is not known, but Moschino’s parent company, Aeffe referred to “a sudden illness” and said that he died in Milan on Friday, 10 November 2023.
Massimo Ferretti, the chairman of Moschino’s parent company announced the news of Davide Renne’s demise in a heartfelt statement on the label’s Instagram page on Friday, November 10 but further details on the illness that caused his death weren’t shared.
“It is with deep sorrow and great sadness, Moschino announces that Davide Renne passed away on November 10th, 2023 in Milan. Davide took on the role of Creative Director at Moschino just a few days ago, on November 1st, 2023”
