Christian Oliver whose real name was Christian Klepser was born on 3 March 1972 in Celle and grew up in Frankfurt. 

Raised in Frankfurt, Germany, he later moved to the United States to pursue a career as a model and actor. Originally named Christian Klepser, he achieved recognition for his role in the television series Cobra 11.

From there, he subsequently took acting lessons in New York and Los Angeles. From 2002 until 2004, Oliver co-starred in 28 episodes of the German action TV series Alarm für Cobra 11. For his education, Christian Oliver studied in Frankfurt, Germany.

Before his death, Oliver was married to Jessica Mazur. There is little information about his ex-wife. His ex-wife however worked as a Casting Director and Production Designer in the US. Now! (2011) and Freitag Nacht News (1999). Jessica previously worked as an LA-based showbiz reporter. Oliver and Jessica Mazur divorced in December 2021. Christian Oliver and Jessica Mazur were blessed with two young daughters namely Ten-year-old Madita Klepser and 12-year-old Annik Klepser. 

Before his sad end, Christian Oliver had two children (daughters) with his ex-wife, Jessica Mazur. Together, they had two kids named Madita Klepser and Annik Klepser. Unfortunately, Christian and his two kids perished in a plane crash on January 4, 2024.

As part of his career, Christian Oliver was known for working with Steven Soderbergh in The Good German opposite Cate Blanchett and George Clooney, Brian Singer and Tom Cruise in Valkyrie, and the Wachowski Brothers in Speed Racer. 

Fishermen and the coast guard recovered four bodies, and a heartbreaking cellphone video captured the plane’s descent into the ocean. Known for roles in films like “The Good German” and “Speed Racer,” Christian Oliver’s sudden demise has deeply saddened fans and the entertainment industry. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The Hollywood actor aged 51, tragically lost his life along with his two daughters, Madita (10) and Annik (12), in a plane crash off a Caribbean island.

The incident occurred during their journey from Bequia to St. Lucia on a privately owned, single-engine aircraft. The pilot, Robert Sachs, communicated difficulties to the control tower before the crash, and no one survived.

As reported, during the afternoon flight, the aircraft experienced an unexplained issue, causing it to plunge into the ocean shortly after it took off. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Coast Guard then launched a rescue effort assisted by fishermen and divers in the area, but their efforts were futile.

In the end, they recovered four bodies from the wreckage, identifying them as Oliver and his daughters as well as the pilot, Robert Sachs. The cause of the plane crash is also under investigation.

There are however no details on who his parents were. He was also brought up by his parents in Frankfurt.

His father, Abiel Oliver, was a Reverend father.
