Swarbrick and Bartley Catt founded TIPS in 2016 as a digital consultation and artist management firm. In Mount Eden, the two also started Olly, a cafe and gallery that is now permanently closed and is located near to the Crystal Palace Theatre.

Swarbrick was given the Jane Goodall Pioneer Award in May 2019. Through their efforts, recipients of the prize have shown a commitment to the welfare of people, animals, or the environment.

Swarbrick was included in the “Government and Politics” category of Fortune magazine’s “40 Under 40” list in 2020.

A short documentary about Swarbrick’s political career and upbringing called Alright Chlöe was released in August 2020.
