Two outstanding best singers in the Nigerian Music Industry; Burna Boy and Davido were both featured in Hollywood Amazon Original film starring Edie Murphy ‘Coming To America 2’.
Nigerians and to some extent Africa met the news with joy and surety of Nigeria Music getting waves in Hollywood and pushing the Africa music culture to the global market.
Nonetheless, as it has always be and perhaps continue to till their casket drops six feet, a great division was drawn between Davido and Burna Boy getting a spot in Coming To America 2.

Davido was a cast in the movie to act in the performance of his global hit song Assurance, a romantic Afrobeat song he dedicated to his love Chioma.
He performed the music with live band in the movie in a scene where Lavelle Junson’s traditional royal wedding of Zamunda.

Burna Boy alongside American R&B megastar, John Legend and Nile Rodgers recorded the theme song for ‘Coming To America 2’.
The song was played after the curtain drops whiles the cast and crew list rolls on the screen.
However, instead of celebrating the two African sons of their success, the debate has switched to who over takes who and who is doing better than the other.

Whiles others are congratulating Davido and attributing all the accolades of getting cast in the movie, others are saying the Burna Boy’s voice on the theme song did better than Davido’s acting in the movie.
