Brazier was born to Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier. He shares the same parents with his younger brother, Freddie Brazier.
On his father’s side, he is of English ancestry, while his mother is both English and Jamaican. He and his younger brother were both reared in the Essex town of Harlow.

The character of Freddie Slater, the son of the recurring character Little Mo Mitchell (Kacey Ainsworth), who was last seen as an infant, was initially played by Brazier in the BBC One serial series EastEnders in September 2022.
At the 28th National Television Awards, he was recognized as a Rising Star for his work on the program. At the 2023 Inside Soap Awards, Brazier was also nominated for Best Newcomer and Best Comic Performance.
