Death of Sharif Arshad
Commander Muhammad Sharif, the father of Arshad Sharif, passed away from a heart attack in May 2011 at the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology. On his way to his father’s funeral in May 2011, his younger brother, Major Ashraf Sharif, was killed when his car went off the road.
Major Ashraf Sharif departed Bannu Cantonment after learning of his father’s passing and refused a chauffeur or escort. He was killed when his car ran off the road and struck a tree a few kilometers away. At the H-11 Graveyard, Commander Muhammad Sharif and Major Ashraf Sharif were buried with full military honors.
On October 23, 2022, local police in Kajiado, Kenya, shot Sharif to death. On social media, there was conjecture that he had been murdered, despite the Kenyan police’s description of the gunshot as a “mistaken identity” incident. The Kenyan Independent Police Oversight Authority declared an investigation into Sharif’s passing on October 24.

Javeria Siddique was the wife of Arshad Sharif. In 2022, the two romantics got hitched. According to reports, she began her education in photojournalism in 2013.
