Steven Tallarico (born March 26, 1948) is an American vocalist best known as the lead singer of the Boston-based rock band Aerosmith, in which he also plays the harmonica, piano, and percussion. He’s been dubbed the “Demon of Screamin’” because of his tremendous wide vocal range and high screams.
He is also well-known for his gymnastics on stage. Tyler typically dresses in colorful, sometimes androgynous clothing and makeup for his concerts, with his distinctive scarves dangling from his microphone stand.

Tyler and Barrick welcomed Taj Monroe Tallarico on January 31, 1991, two years after Chelsea was born. Taj has mostly stayed out of the spotlight, though he did appear on an episode of Lizzie McGuire with his father and sister Chelsea, according to MTV. He’s also appeared in family photos on Tyler’s Instagram. Taj married Brittany Reardon in 2018, according to Facebook.
