Every week new challenges drop in Fortnite, and they can range from riding vehicles for a certain distance to doing damage with a certain weapon or even finding hidden items dotted around the map.
Below, we’ll outline exactly when new challenges are expected to drop each week, and what challenges are currently active in the game. This page will be updated whenever new quests are released.
Fortnite Quests: Week 4
- Collect 1,200 ammo
- Deal 1,250 damage to enemy players with Assault Rifles
- Travel 1,000m with pickaxe equipped
- Search a chest or ammo box within 45 seconds of landing in 3 different matches
- Outlast 250 opponents
- Deal 1,500 damage to opponents from 15m or less

Fortnite Quests: Week 3
- Deal 1,000 damage to opponents with Shotguns
- Travel 500m distance while sliding or crouched
- Hit 100 Weak Points
- Restore 250 health
- Deal 1,500 damage to opponents from 30 meters or more
- Survive 25 Storm Circles
Fortnite Quests: Week 2
- Deal 1000 damage with SMGs
- Travel 2,000 travel distance in vehicles
- Regain 100 health or shields by consuming produce
- Collect 15 weapons of Rare or greater rarity
- Eliminate 25 enemy players
- Thank the bus driver 5 times
Fortnite Quests: Week 1
- Discover 20 Named Locations
- Deal 500 damage to opponents with Pistols or Sniper Rifles
- Travel 1,500m distance while sprinting
- Search 10 chests
- Gain 200 Shields
- Deal 3,000 damage to opponents
When are the weekly challenges released?
New quests are released every single Thursday at 7 AM PT | 10 AM ET | 2 PM GMT, dropping just in time to blitz through them over the weekend. It varies how many challenges are released, as you can see above sometimes it can be as many as eight or as little as six.
