The Karnataka International KL Rahul is a pack of elegance mixed with class. From being an extremely talented and skilful young batsman to being one of the best opening batsmen in India, KL has progressed significantly. As a young boy whenever he batted, experts always found a touch of class in him. He had a decent start to his career. But in 2018, there was a massive slump in form of him in England. He got dropped from the Indian squad following it. That was almost unimaginable for a batsman who is technically perfect and has a nice temperament.

Since then he has not looked backwards. Flamboyance and elegance marked the return of KL Rahul. Here he stands now as the current best Indian T20 batsman. KL also holds a stalwart position in the other formats being the Indian vice-captain. KL has developed his game as a versatile cricketer who bats anywhere in order with equal comfort. He is also a recognized wicket-keeping option now.

All Centuries of KL Rahul in ODI

KL Rahul scored a match-winning hundred in his debut against Zimbabwe in the year 2016. Since then he could never get a fixed defined role in the team. Sometimes he had to open while again at times when in need, he had to play as a finisher. Thus he could never settle into the team’s batting line-up. The versatility of KL Rahul appeared to work against him as captains always used him to fill gaps in the XI.

While Shikhar Dhawan injured himself in the World Cup 2019, Rahul came to open with Rohit Sharma. He was brilliant in the tournament and scored a stunning hundred against Sri Lanka at Leeds in the World Cup. Following it he could secure his position in the squad and he came up with a couple of more hundreds against West Indies and New Zealand. His last ODI hundred came against England in 2021.
